As a Cougar Wine Club member, I acknowledge that I am at least 21 years of age, and the person receiving any wine shipment will be at least be 21 years of age.

Upon becoming a Cougar Wine Club member, I am committing to receive a minimum of three shipments after my initial purchase, and I understand that I may only cancel my membership subject to the terms set forth below.

If I decide to cancel or pause my wine club membership, I must provide notice in writing by email to wineclub@cougarvineyards.com. Notice must be given at least 30 days prior to the next billing shipment date, which is the second Tuesday of the month of my scheduled shipment.

If I cancel my membership prior to receiving my initial three shipment minimum, or if I do not provide the 30-day notice of cancellation after the first three shipments, I agree to pay a $75 cancellation fee to allow for an early cancellation.

I understand that the wines that are chosen as part of my Wine Club membership are selected by Cougar’s winemaker in order to provide me an opportunity to taste a variety of the Cougar wines I acknowledge that the normal cost of the selection for each shipment ranges from $80-$150 for a 4 Bottle member and $100-$210 for a 6 Bottle member. I know that I may choose to substitute wines, other than those selected by Cougar’s winemaker, for equal or greater value. If such selection provides for a cost which is equal to or greater than the value to the winemaker’s selection I will be responsible for the additional cost. I understand that the tasting menu at the Winery is changed to reflect the wines in your shipment so that members may taste the wines before picking up their shipment if they so desire.

I acknowledge that my Wine club shipments will be available for pick up after the second Tuesday of the month as it relates to the wine club membership terms. My credit card will be billed on the 2nd Tuesday of the month for which your wine shipment is available for pickup or shipment.  I have the option to have my wine club shipment delivered by an express carrier for a fee. (Adult signature required). I understand once the card has been billed no refund will be issued.

If I do not pick up my wine within 45 days (unless delivery is requested within such time), there is no guarantee that the pre-selected wine, as to both vintage and the variety will be available and an alternative selection will be provided.

I understand that Cougar Winery reserves the right to change wine club charges, billing dates, member privileges, event dates, or special shipping arrangements at any time upon thirty days’ notice.

I have read the above, and I authorize Cougar Winery to automatically bill my credit card on the 2nd Tuesday on the month for the winemaker’s selection of wine including any taxes and shipping fees (if applicable). I understand and agree to the above terms of membership.
