Bottles Of Wine – Members will receive 2 bottles of wine quarterly.
Quarterly selections may consist of 2 bottles of any white, red or a combination of the two. We asked your
preference at the time you joined the club. Wine selections may be changed prior to any shipments for wines of equal or greater value.
Shipments occasionally include wine not available to the general public.
You can cancel at any time after receiving the third shipment and 30 days prior to the next quarterly shipment. Activation wine does not count as a shipment.
All cancellations must be in writing via email, fax or in person.
Wine club: contact me if you’re not receiving my emails at wineclub@cougarvineyards.com, make sure that you accept email from my email address.

Our Wine Club is for adults of legal drinking age. You must verify your age to join our club.
Shipments must be received and signed for by an adult over the age of 21.
Billing & Will Call Pick Up:
Deadline to RSVP or cancel for the pick up nights is the Sunday before the Pick-up Party which is the second Wednesday in March, June, September, December.
UPS Ships from CVW: Monday after Billing (or Tuesday if a holiday)*
*Shipping labels are generated on the billing date, however, the wine is not shipped until the following Monday or Tuesday if a holiday (UPS).

We will send out our newsletter approximately 1 – 2 weeks prior to any shipments. The beginning of the newsletter will tell you what club you are currently in and if you are a Ship To or Will Call member. If you are a Ship To member and would like us to hold the wine for pick up or a Will Call member that would like your wine shipped just let us know in writing prior to the billing date below.
Cougar 2 Bottle Club Quarterly Shipments
Ship months: March, June, September, December.
Ship date is the 2nd Wednesday of your shipping month. UPS ships the following Monday (or Tuesday if a holiday).
Billing date is the Tuesday before Ship date.
Any changes are due by 1 week before Billing date.
